THE ENEPO SEMINAR IN CHISINAU 05.03.2009


The Foundation for Social and Economic Research – CASE Moldova organized on March 4, 2009 a seminar presentation of the results of activities provided under ENEPO - EU Eastern Neighbourhood: Economic Potential and Future Development project. ENEPO is implemented within and financially supported by the EU's Sixth Framework Programme.

From 2005, the project has been implemented by a consortium of eleven partner institutes and led by the Warsaw-based CASE - Center for Social and Economic Research.  This seminar is the third in a series of regional seminars that are also organizing in Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and the Kyrgyz Republic.  A final conference is to be held in Brussels on 18 March 2009.

At the Chisinau seminar the international and local experts were presented the results of research in the field of Labor Migration and Remittances; FDI and Investment Climate.

Representatives from the public administration authorities, donor and nongovernmental organizations, and the academia and mass-media attended the event.
