Specifically, the project will assist the Moldovan authorities in preparing a new framework agreement on cooperation with the EU, but also will help to elaborate short- and medium-term economic policies towards the EU in the context of the existing framework: PCA, European Neighborhood Policy, and notably, the EU-Moldova Action Plan. As successful implementation of the Action Plan is a precondition for enhancement of EU-Moldova relations, the project will emphasize an analysis of the implementation of the Action Plan and will come up with recommendations for its further implementation. »» |
