Specifically, the project will assist the Moldovan authorities in preparing a new framework agreement on cooperation with the EU, but also will help to elaborate short- and medium-term economic policies towards the EU in the context of the existing framework: PCA, European Neighborhood Policy, and notably, the EU-Moldova Action Plan. As successful implementation of the Action Plan is a precondition for enhancement of EU-Moldova relations, the project will emphasize an analysis of the implementation of the Action Plan and will come up with recommendations for its further implementation. »» ![]() News: EARLY REGISTRATION FOR 2007 CASE CONFERENCE IS OPEN (29.09.2006)CASE and CASE Ukraine organize jointly 2007 CASE International Conference entitled ‘Winds of Change: The Impact of Globalization on Europe and Asia.’ The conference will be held in Kiev (Ukraine) on March 23-24, 2007. The conference will discuss the impact of globalization on the Eurasian continent and the various development models represented by the "old" and "new" EU members states (including the EU candidates), CIS countries, and the countries of South East and South Asia and the Middle East. Discussions will be on themes such as differences in growth performance, the nature of global imbalances, changing directions of goods, capital and aid flows, the challenges of migration and emerging regional integration models. »» |
